Inspection Description

Our 10-Point visual examinations of your home normally takes 1.5 hours from start to finish. Once complete, we discuss our findings with you and also email you the Assessment Report. If you would like for New Spring to address these maintenance needs you will then have the opportunity to schedule one of our qualified technicians to make the necessary repairs at your convenience. The inspection includes the following: Interior • Air Filter • AC Condensate lines • Faucet Aerators • Shower drains • Caulk separations in showers • Wet areas Exterior • Tankless water heater filter *If applicable* • Weep holes • Window sills • Stucco Disclaimer Notice: For all who purchase a Home Maintenance Assessment: This is not a home inspection.
