WHAT DOES A HOME MAINTENANCE INSPECTION LOOK LIKE?

Our 10-Point visual examinations of your home normally takes 1.5 hours from start to finish.  Once complete, we discuss our findings with you and also email you the Assessment Report. If you would like for New Spring to address these maintenance needs you will then have the opportunity to schedule one of our qualified technicians to make the necessary repairs at your convenience
