  • This is NOT a home inspection.

  • The person conducting your assessment is not a licensed home inspector. ​

  • Not all defects will be identified during this maintenance assessment.

  • Unexpected repairs should be anticipated. 

  • The person assessing your maintenance needs is not a Structural Engineer or other professional whose license authorizes the rendering of an opinion as to the structural integrity of a building or its other component parts.  

  • This assessment does not include inspection for wood destroying insects, mold, lead or asbestos.  

BOOKING POLICY

  • Any type of service booked is non-refundable and non-transferrable

  • Rescheduling and/or Cancellation should be done at least 2 (two) days prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, a fine of $50 will be charged to the home owner.
